Board of directors Olta is a psychoanalyst under supervision in the Sigmund Freud University Vienna, Austria. She has a degree in psychology from the Empire State College NY, and another education in Creative Writing and Storytelling from Scuola Mohole Milan, Italy. The beginnings of her work as a psychotherapist date in 2012 at the university clinic Sigmund Freud Ambulanz, continuing further with her private practice in Tirana. Olta is a board member of Albanian Association for Psychological and Psychotherapeutic Services (ACPPS) and vice-chair of the Albanian Association for Group Analysis Albania (AAGA) where she has been actively involved since the early implementation of this modality in Albania. Her experience in clinical work and research on mental health has given her particular expertise with people experiencing anxiety and depression, adjustment issues, eating disorders and addiction among other areas.
