Works at Nisma për Ndryshim Shoqëror-Arsis with marginalized target groups for social inclusion and psychological well-being. Applies individual and group coaching for social inclusion and labour market integration under Swiss Contact Project and use this expertise to teach at university of Tirana, Faculty of Social Sciences as assistant professor.
