Mrs. Dorina Kapaj has been running a 4-year specialization course in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy since September 2016, organized in Albania by the Albanian Association for Psychotherapy in collaboration with Sigmund Freud University – Vienna (Austria) and the Institut falyr angeëandte Psychoanalyse & Psychotherapie (Instituti). for Applied Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy) – Insbruk (Austria). Currently Mrs. Kapaj is engaged in her clinical practice as a psychotherapist in supervision in accordance with the training standards of the European Association for Psychotherapy (www.europsyche.org). Applies psychoanalytic / psychodynamic psychotherapy for adolescents and adults. She graduated in Clinical Social Work at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Tirana. From 2014 onwards, she has been engaged in various mental health institutions such as the “Ali Mihalli” Psychiatric Hospital in Vlora; “Sadik Dinçi” Psychiatric Hospital in Elbasan, Association for Persons with Disabilities “Help Life”, Center for Psychosocial Services “TISS” and the Organization for the Protection of Children “Terre des homes”.
